Join Jo Ellis Yoga and Bloom Vitamins for a complete yoga and wellness experience at the iconic Hitlon, Syon Park, London. In this all ability class you will be clearly guided through your yoga practice, given tips to cultivate sustainable wellness improvements into your lifestyle and wholesome nibbles and drinks to replenish you from the inside out. For just £10 extra enjoy full access of their stunning Kallima Day Spa for the rest of the day.

Detailed description:

Starting at 10:30 with smoothies you will then start you yoga practice gently, given plenty of examples of modifications so that postures can fit all bodies. This yoga workshop will finish with a restorative practice and head massages with essential oils. Then wholesome nibbles and bubbly will be served at 12:30. For an extra £10 you can then treat yourself with full access to The Hiltons stunning Kallima Day Spa so that you leave completely refreshed and revitalised.

About the host

I have over 10 years experience teaching yoga to all ages, abilities and lifestyles. As a traveller I am passionate about helping people find more freedom through healthy living regardless of their lifestyle or age.

Places we'll visit

This workshop is held at the beautiful Hilton Hotel Park Rd, Isleworth TW8 8JF. Set to music and mats will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and let us know if you have any physical concerns or dietary requirements so that modifications can be given.
