Looking for a wholesome way to start off your weekend, nourish your body and soul? This relaxing workshop uses aromatherapy, massage, singing bowls, and guided meditation to put you into a deep state of relaxation.
Detailed description:Choose between a short facial massage or reflexology treatment while you lie down with a group and follow a guided chakra balancing meditation. Reflexology is a type of therapy that uses gentle pressure on specific points along your feet to ease stress and help your body work better. Facial massage helps promote healthy skin while relaxing your facial muscles. It has a relaxing and rejuvenating effect, helping you look and feel better. Singing bowls will be placed on your body. The vibrations of the bowls are felt within our bodies and energy fields and guide the brain into meditative alpha and theta brain waves of deep relaxation and a healing state. This practice promotes better well-being, stress reduction, improved sleep, and many other reported health benefits. Please avoid sound therapy if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, have a heart pacemaker, coronary stent, cardiac shunt, artificial heart valves, implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD), new metal inserts, implants, or staples. Some people may experience headaches as a result of feeling vibrations.
Hi! I'm Aggy Rucin. I'm a macramé tutor and a sound therapist who uses both techniques to help my clients learn new skills, develop introspection and self-esteem, and enter therapeutic brain waves and meditative states. From stimulating macramé workshops to relaxing sound baths, I cover a spectrum of activities incorporating creative crafts, tarot cards and practices such as sharing circle. My background is in ecology and nature conservation, so I facilitate nature connection experiences.
The experience takes place in the Wild Goose Space studio.
