Join us for Confidence 101 with coach and mentor Marina Oswald. Confidence 101 is a 60-minute online workshop where you'll learn what confidence actually is, the unique meaning it has to you and practical ways to kickstart it in yourself.
Detailed description:What is confidence? To have confidence in oneself is to have trust in oneself. Sadly, many people today lack self-confidence which shows up in low self-esteem, lack of self-love and limiting beliefs. How can we develop self confidence? Tied into self confidence is self awareness. In this Workshop you will learn about how to understand yourself; why lack of confidence exists, how to master limiting beliefs, and how to develop self-esteem. You will come away from this talk feeling the self-love, empowered and a new sense of confidence in yourself.
